An 88-unit complex consisting of 40 units designed for the elderly and disabled and 48 units aimed for the needs of low income families. If you are in the market for a unit, we have studios all the way up to 4 bedroom apartments.
All units have central heat and air, and all appliances are furnished. We pay your water and sewage bills and give a utility allowance on your electric bill. Playgrounds, basketball court, laundry facilities, and a community room are available on site.
