The Housing Authority of Pikeville has affordable public housing in 336 units located in Fairview Court, Hames Park, and Myers Towers.
At the Kentucky Avenue Phase II and IV complexes comprised of a total of 60 units of 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes, housing is available to qualified individuals in the Section 8 Housing Voucher program.
Northgate Apartments I and II are 68 units of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with rental assistance that may be available through our Section 8 Housing Voucher Program.
