Kentucky Avenue Phase II
A 40-unit family complex aimed at assisting the low income family. These beautifully designed 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses were opened in 2003. You must have received a voucher from out Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program to be eligible for one of these units.
All units are furnished with appliances, spacious kitchens, laundry hookup and rear patios. You may receive assistance if eligible. Playground is located on site.
